That is UTTER HORSE SHIT. Comey himself when pressed admitted the leaks were ILLEGAL because the Intel was classified, and the subjects were unmasked.

It is only legal to give The Press Intel only if it is Declassified and then Disseminated to The Public.

Unbelievably, even after all the news out on this, you still have no ******* clue that Flynn was incidentally intercepted after communicating with others who were being wiretapped.

But not "incidentally" unmasked. If he was unmasked to be used for political purposes this represents a level of corruption in the Obama Justice Department and intelligence services that would have made Dick Nixon blush.

Yes, if that was the reason his name was unmasked, then you are correct, it will be a serious crime. However, if his name was unmasked because that information was needed as part of an investigation into potential crimes, then it is not illegal to unmask his name. And as of now, we still don't know who unmasked his name or for what reason they did so.

We may not know the exact person who unmasked him but we do know it was for political purposes. So far there is not a single fact in evidence to support any other purpose. All of the evidence indicates this was part of Obama's Russia hoax aimed at influencing the election in favor of Clinton. Much more important than the individual guilt of the person who unmasked him is that this was an assault on our democracy from the highest levels of government. If this sort of thing happened in Turkey or Russia, we would all be shocked and outraged, but now that it has happened here in America, Democrats appear to approve of it. This is the Obama legacy.

No, you don't know that. That may be what you believe, but you have no evidence to back that up. That's obvious since the investigation is ongoing and no such declarations have been established.

Not one fact has come out to support the argument there ever was a legitimate reason to open such an investigation, and considering how loose the Obama administration has been with intelligence leaks, if there were evidence some one would have leaked it by now. It is obvious the whole Russia thing was a hoax aimed at influencing the election in favor of Clinton. You may want to continue to bury your head in the sand with bullshit about ongoing investigations and classified materials, but with so many leaks coming from the Obama people the fact that they haven't contained a single actual fact, it is simply not rational to go on denying this whole thing was a hoax and an assault on our democracy from the highest levels or government. If this had happened in Turkey, we would be comparing it to a coup.

Sounds like we're in agreement that you're not privy to everything the FBI is currently investigating. Who knows what they know? Maybe they have evidence, maybe they don't. All we know at this point is that their investigation is still ongoing.
