With Trump suing the Wall Street Journal for libel, Trump is said to be at risk of having to provide embarrassing testimony and documents tied with his ties with Epstein:

“I’m not so sure Donald Trump has fully thought this one through,” CNN’s senior legal analyst replied, before noting Trump’s giddiness at the thought of Murdoch’s testimony.

Well guess who else is going to have to testify under oath at a deposition: the plaintiff in this case, the person who’s suing, Donald John Trump,” Honig noted. “And the subject of that testimony, which again, will be under oath, will be his relationship with Jeffrey Epstein. No holds barred.”

LOL

Nope.

If the sole reason for the lawsuit is the alleged birthday card, there will be very limited discovery. There won't be any 'no holds barred' discovery over a simple issue as this.

Relying on the loser in the article, Honig, is sad.

I don't think about stuff like that because I don't care.

I don't care President Clinton got a BJ from a adult intern...it was in poor taste doing it in his White House office.

But good for him !

Hide and watch. With the latest investigation of Obama by the DOJ and his involvement in Russia, Russia, Russia, I think you may see Trump go six for six and more to boot. LMAO

Here's the thing, would the WSJ publish this without having seen the letter first? Probably not.

Trump doesn't care about any of that. He regularly ignores court orders, and then relies on his hand picked SC to save his ass

Which court orders does Trump "regularly" ignore? There must be quite a list, the way you put it.

Settlements are not wins.

Trump learned well from the democrats. In the four years from 2017-2021, WA AG Bob Ferguson FILED 97 frivolous lawsuits against the Trump administration. The democrats have stayed true to form so far in this admin. Then you can throw in a few democrat kangaroo court lawsuits in NY and GA plus a couple of scam impeachments. Yup, you know all about FRIVOLOUS lawsuits. Enjoy the next 3+ years. We will.
