I think its worse than you think. Trump appears to genuinely believe the delusional nonsense he's spewing. He's doubling down on his AI fantasy, going to so far as to bleat that its 'election interference' that forces Harris to drop out of the campaign. And doubling down on his Willie Brown delusion, even making up 'flight records' that don't exist, but he claims to have - as long as you don't ask to ever see them.

Trump's gone full Jesse Pinkman. He's sampling his own product. And has past through lies into being incapable of distinguishing between his delusions and reality.
