WILX10 Michigan actually published the affidavit from Monica Palmer, not filed timely--date November 18. The certification of Wayne County, MI, results had proceeded timely: November 17. Comments were made--probably Monica Palmer was called a goldfish or something: Subsequent a vote to not certify the results, made timely. Anyone knows about the "G-Word" in Michigan--unless nobody does(?). The Palmer vote was re-instated on the basis of advice from Wayne County counsel, Janet Anderson-Davis: And a resolution showing that a full, independent audit would be made. Agency Vice-President, Jonathan Kinloch created a similar assurance. Statements from the Michigan Secretary of State from still later on suggested that the audit resolution was not to be regarded binding. The similar suggestion can be inferred from comments of the Wayne County counsel: That whatever happens in the ministerial role of the certification: Stays in the ministerial role of the certification. There is nothing supportive of a member discretionary function.

And so it is likely very clear in the rules: A supportive lawsuit was dropped in recent few minutes.

It is noted the CBS News is not a Twitter Feed(?)--insofar as anyone is aware(?)!

Trump apparently called her and attempted to interfere.

You gotta love the legal prowess of Rudy and the D Team. :auiqs.jpg: So far, all they've done is make Trump look like the sore loser he is..while screwing up even appearing trying to make a competent legal argument.
Their hopes of keeping this batch of BS relevant until December 14th is fading..quickly.

The Trumped-Up legal team(?): Is not too up on local matters, reliant on counsel not in a courtroom anywhere since 1992. The claim in the withdrawal of the lawsuit is that the Timely Vote Certification in Wayne County was not. The record in evidence is that the timely vote in fact happened. Then the lawyers actually familiar with the law in Michigan chimed in that the lawsuit was withdrawn since it was about to be recorded a giant loss for the Trumped-Up brand.

But what if an anonymous people in message boards post a lot of comments saying that the deadline has not passed?
I believe I read somewhere in the Constitution that message board people have the ability to turn a lle to a truth "insofar as they repeat s*** a lot". Quoting George Washington.
