A MOAB could destroy Fordow's above-ground operations.

1) Soften its surface resilience to MOABs with conventional bombs.
2) Drop the MOAB.
3) Drop the GBU-57(s) on the area containing critical buried infrastructure.

That alone could maximize the destruction of the facility. Furthermore, if the Iranian regime collapses organically, there may not be any will to rebuild the facility.
