Wait for the executive order to criticize it. There is a big difference between universal mail-in voting and absentee voting by mail.

Mail-in voting is an extremely easy way to cheat, and there is no way to detect it after the fact...

• There is no chain of custody.
• It's easy to collect plenty of mail-in ballots - just slip a Ben Franklin or two to some postal workers.
• Or just collect ballots at the old folk's home.
• Ballots have no identifying information, and are on the inside of signed envelopes. Ballots are replaced with ease. *
• Forgery is trivial.

There are literally hundreds of thousands of ballots available for cheating, and it often only takes tens of thousands, much less than 1% of the vote to change the outcome.

There are mass mail out ballots sent to any and all in bulk to anyone and their brother..
There are absentee ballots sent out by request and not mass mailed.

Thus the potential for fraud is much higher for the phuster cluck mass mail outs cause, as rules get bent when dates are weeks late and no signatures, etc.
