Yep, the Dixie Chicks were right about Bush and right about the war....but where they faltered was the fact that they never explained as to WHY they thought Bush was wrong. Articulating your argument when you have a platform like they had might have produced better results and could have changed the course. I certainly wish I knew back then what I know now and had their platform from which to speak and record sales be damned and fuck radio play on the corporate owned media. BTW, I know Lloyd Maines, the father of Natalie Maines. He played in the Maines Brothers Band that was huge in the panhandle area of Texas based out of Lubbock when I played in a band that was based out of Amarillo. They played the "A" rooms in Amarillo when our band was playing the "A" rooms in Lubbock. He played steel guitar but he could play anything with strings. I still have an album of theirs that I got every member of the band to sign for me. I was a huge fan of their music and rooted for the Dixie Chicks.

Now, as far as Barrypuppet goes? He is cut from the same sorry cloth as the Bushpuppet and Bill "drop trou"...they are thicker than thieves and belong to the same secret societies and he is just as compromised as his predecessers......no lie.
