If there is reason to believe foreign truck drivers are more dangerous, then by all means pull their license and require tighter standards to receive a license. There is no known study showing such. Without further proof of the need for such, it looks like just another way to belittle foreigners.

All commercial drivers operating in the U.S. must meet strict federal standards, including passing written and road tests. Foreign drivers must obtain a U.S. Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) or operate under reciprocal agreements that meet FMCSA standards.

Didn't watch the video did ya? He said Canada and Mexico operates under different rules, they are licensed in their country, not the US. Mexico and Canada drivers are not eligible for US DCLs.

Was our trade agreement signed and sealed saying their respective licences for Mexican and Canadian truck drivers were ok in the USA to transport goods? If memory serves it was a much stronger licence in Mexico and Canada that met our respective standards...the truck driver licence made harder to pass and get, and was suppose to be much stronger on safety/safe driving truck drivers? Are the Mexicans and Canadians even following the trade agreement standards?
