A major politician representing a party that got less then 10 percent in parliament.
It's beyond ironic hearing someone who defends Trump complaining about a politician saying deeply offensive shit. And unlike this dude you didn't just elect him, you reelected him as the leader of the country. I suspect, because, not despite him doing so. Going by the number of times, and way off, I've seen this deeply offensive shit being defended on here.
And for good or ill he is the President. He has the entire federal government at his disposal. So, there is no excuse to openly accuse the leader of a country, in the oval office, in front of a dozen camaras, especially for something as egregious as genocide, on information that anybody with an internet connection and five minutes of time can easily debunk.
As for the main point. Prove to me that there is a genocide going on in South-Africa targeted at the white population. In that interview I saw quite a few white South-Africans, very much alive, some actively disputing the Trump claims.
I'm pretty sure you can't. So I will even make a prediction. You will either deflect, not answer, or try to change the definition of genocide. Which, helpful dude that I am will provide.
Genocide, the deliberate and systematic destruction of a group of people because of their ethnicity, nationality, religion, or race. The term was derived from the Greek genos (‘race,’ ‘tribe,’ or ‘nation’) and the Latin cide (‘killing’). Learn more about the history of genocide in this article.
