Trump's first administration was the most corrupt in American history, with a record number of scandals, arrests, disbarments, and convictions. So many people did so many wrong things on behalf of the orange Mussolini, and they all paid a heavy personal price to their lives, their careers, and they freedoms for it, while their master walked away scott free.
So when he lists the people he doesn't want to work for him, it can only induce gales of laughter. He's trying to act as if any of these people would want to be anywhere hear him!!!
