Fewer than whites. Blacks get the most hate crimes committed against us every year and the number one perpetrator of those hate crimes are whites. And no, it's not because black hate crimes don't get reported.

We tried not giving them long sentences in many areas of the nation. There are a percentage who have many arrests and keep being released. A good number of crimes in the African American community are from this percentage of them. We enabled assaults and murders from this. I tell people, e wary where you move to. There are plenty of nice neighborhoods in prog areas, yet you need to be wary around your surroundings.
