The medical systems In Africa pretty much suck unless you have a lot of money to pay for the best. If your a poor person in Africa and you are lucky enough to have a relative who lives in the United States ..and the hospital over there finds out.... they will charge a whole lot more money and find excuses to keep you in the hospital... and try to bleed your American relative. How do I know this? I have a good friend who is Kenyan who has been trying for the last year to help her brother who had a compound leg fracture... She got the runaround for months and months with them trying to make charges that were not even necessary. Even if they are on the up and up and have the best of intentions, Africans who live far outside the big cities are screwed if something serious happens. No electricity and no running water, its difficuly to keep healing wounds infection free. IM2 would do very well there with his American money... but over all "racist" American hospitals would still be the better option for any American black people.
I dont think IM2 should go back to Africa. It would be a bad fit, but he does need to get his head spun on straight somehow.
