The current number of brackets will be reduced from 7 to 3, and tax forms will likewise be greatly simplified. The moderates and liberals want Trump to keep doing what he is doing. He is unifying and energizing his opposition in a way the Democrats or Hillary could not.
Trump will rally voters to vote for Democrats to take over congress in 2018.
