1) women and girls being pushed off the top tier of women and girls sports - including scholarships - and eventually women’s sports being overwhelmed by males.

and

2) women and girls losing their privacy and safety in women’s spaces like locker rooms and ladies bathrooms.

I’m open minded, so How does your plan address those concerns?

This is one of the few things I agree with Trump on. The Democrats were stupid to make an issue of trans rights and their right to participate in certain sports. Hopefully, it is off the table now and we can move on.

He doesn't have that right. A better solution would be to create a new category of scholarships for transgenders and disallowing them from receiving the regular ones. The numbers of transgender athletes are very few to begin with , it should be very easy to sponsor scholarships for them that doesn't take anything away from the rest of the girls. I would think the injustices done to transgenders now and in the past would even make these scholarships bigger. Any other presumed or real problems can be worked out. Finding the right compromise , not saying they don't exist , is the solution that is best for ALL. Regular people won't have any guilt this way. Everybody wins.

No matter what you think, that is a still a MAN and he would be in a women's sport, and he would have an advantage. He would also be taking the spot of an actual women.
