Trump to attend wake for fallen NYPD officer while Biden heads to NYC for glitzy, star-studded fundraiser

No one will remember this PR stunt five minutes from now.

But they will remember all of Defendant Donald's criminal trials forever.
Notice how many Trumptards posted the same story. They knew that Biden would haul in a shitload of dough at his fundraiser.
Pretty hard to counter it.

Who the fuck has a press conference at a dead mans wake?

A compassionate man with empathy, that's who!

Who the fuck has a lavish fund-raiser just 30 miles from the wake of a fallen police officer, and can’t take an hour and a half out of his schedule to pay his respects? Or even make a phone call? Biden, that’s who!

There‘s no way you can spin this to make Trump look like the bad one here.

Trump’s presence hurts democrats in general by reminding voters that lib soft-on-crime policies kill people

The biggest criminal in America presents an appearance of law and order.

The memes on the internet will be priceless when the orange shit stain is being perp walked to the cell door

Oh, look. Another MAGA tard who can see what a transparent stunt this criminal is performing for the rubes.

"Law and order". BWA-HA-HA-HA-HA-HA!

Oh, man. That's priceless.

Once again, he takes over an event and makes it all about him.
There is no indication the three Democratic presidents had been invited, and a New York City police union had warned NYC Democratic leaders to not attend the funeral.

Trump was invited to the wake by Republican Nassau County Executive Bruce Blakeman,

Are any NYPD or government powers to be speaking up about this a-hole former guy crashing the wake? Or against their gop exec from making the wake political, which I'm assuming NYC was trying to avoid?

He said the three Democratic presidents, in New York City Thursday for a fundraiser, "didn't even call the family," before saying, "I'm not sure they'd take his call."

How does the family feel for his presuming to speak for them?

Everybody knows why the orange shit stain showed up at the cops wake.

And it didn't have anything to do with empathy.

Of course he can put his money where his mouth is and plead guilty to the 91 felony indictments to "bring back law and order".

On queue, Biden Admin officially blames the gun for killing Officer Diller...

"Records show Rivera has been arrested by the NYPD 21 times -- nine of them felonies. He was released from prison in September 2021 after serving nearly five years for criminal sale of a controlled substance. He previously spent three years in state prison for a 2011 assault and was released in October 2014.

[Driver] Jones has 14 prior arrests. He was arrested for second-degree criminal possession of a weapon for having a loaded firearm in Far Rockaway on April 17, 2023. He was out on $75,000 bail. He previously served 10 years in prison on 2003 attempted murder and robbery charges and was released in November 2013.

New gun laws won't fix a thing, they weren't allowed to possess guns! They should have been in prison.

Inside the funeral home, Trump spent more than 10 minutes meeting privately with Diller’s wife, Stephanie, before joining her in the main viewing room and saying a prayer over the officer’s casket, Blakeman said later.

Trump then met with the rest of the family, giving his condolences to Diller’s mother, siblings, aunts and uncles, he said. Diller’s grandmother asked the former president for a hug and the family also asked him to write a note on a mass card.

“It was a really good, warm conversation,” Blakeman said. “It was all talking about Jon and what kind of person he was as a father, son, husband.
