Flash, the end game was universal healthcare, but they didn't have the votes.
So they crafted an interim plan that would fail and then claim the only way to fix things would be universal health care.
When they lost the house and then the senate their plan was foiled.

Trump lost the popular vote.

The fact is that voters have had a chance to see how the ACA is vast improvement over what we had before. And...all the lies and misinformation that the GOP pushed since 2008 about the law have been exposed.

The Dems have the high ground on health care and have been talking about it at every campaign stop of every campaign.

This is Trump trying to give McCain the finger and to satisfy the morons in the “freedom caucus” who have promised morons that they’d end the law for over a decade.

Zero consideration for the impact that ending it would have on people.
