Garcia was deported back to El Salvador, his home country.
He’s not coming back. The Supreme Court never ordered him back; that’s another liberal media lie.
Yet, the media’s incessant push that Garcia isn’t an MS-13 member got obliterated when the Justice Department released documents proving that he was.
Meanwhile, this development dropped as Sen. Chris Van Hollen (D-MD) went to El Salvador to bring him back or at least try.

He came here unaccompanied, at 16 to escape the gang torturing him and his family in elsalvador, and went to stay with his American citizen brother in Maryland....is the story I read in the news...

And the accusation from an informant of the govts that he was a gang member of MS 13 in NEW YORK, is a lie....according to his lawyer he never lived in New York...

Regardless, the point is, he was mistakenly removed and sent to El Salvador, illegally, by our govt. The mistake, needs correcting, according to the Courts, and Garcia and the DOJ can show their evidence that he is or is not a gang member in a Court hearing...the DOJ can get the judicial stop order for an ElSalvador deportation removed if admin wins or they can deport him to another country.

The officers said such insignia — indicating “ver, oir, y callar” or “see no evil, hear no evil and say no evil” — was “indicative of the Hispanic gang culture.” The officers said they consulted with a reliable confidential source, who “advised that [Abrego Garcia] is the rank of ‘Chequeo’ with the moniker of ‘Chele’” in the gang.
