Trump taxes on goods to start today.

Great! Lets make shit here where we have more regulations rather than preying on 3rd world countries with no regulations that pollute the planet.

Get it together Winnie, you were just whining to another poster about tariffs being taxes.
Then post a definition of 'tariff' or a link about tariffs, that clearly says, tariffs are not taxes.

You were trying to be clever asking "When do you pay the taxes"
and you got your ass handed to you.

Dear Lord, digging a deeper hole and using new putdowns, is NOT the way to handle the ass whooping you just got.

Wise up, you need a Nap.

When Trump put tariffs on Chinese imports last time he was in the White House, Beijing put tariffs on US imports, including soya beans and corn. The move ultimately hurt US farmers, who relied on business with China. Without the approval of Congress, Trump ended up bailing out farmers, whose export revenues dropped by at least $10bn (£8bn) after the tariffs were imposed.

The Council on Foreign Relations, a US thinktank, has since calculated that as much as 92% of the proceeds collected from the tariffs on Chinese imports were spent on payouts to farmers.

Its so exciting to be at the start of a golden age. Have you noticed prices going up yet or is it too early to notice ?

Trump is now saying that the notional money that he makes from tariffs will enable him to stop income tax. Delusional.

But if this is his only economic idea then the invasion of Greenland comes nearer as he will need a diversion.

My advice to the US is to stock up on toilet paper and tinned goods. It may help you get thru the coming years.

Meanwhile eggs are expensive.

Tariffs are a tax on the American People.

So tell me, Poindexter, when do you pay the taxes? If you don't buy those goods that are subject to tariffs, you don't. SMFH
No Shit Sherlock, but there are many items that will go up in price.
Dear Lord, I thought you were semi-intelligent, but your lack of knowledge on these tariffs is cause for concern of your mental decline.

I don't buy Steel or Aluminum directly, but you and I buy items containing steel and aluminum.

China isn't the only place aluminum or batteries or anything else on your list comes from. DON'T BUY THEM. Sorry, I never gave you the credit for being semi intelligent and this proves why.

We make make steel and aluminum here too

Ok AssClowns.
There is rarely any manufactured item, that is entirely made in the USA and made of ONLY American made components.

Name 10 items made entirely in the USA with 100% American Parts/Components.

We make make steel and aluminum here too
And we still import steel and aluminum. Duh.

And only an idiot buys a product that they feel is overpriced.
So according to your own words, you will buy a Tesla Model 3 from China for US$30.000 instead of a US build Tesla Model 3 for US$ 45,000
unless off-course you are an idiot.
Exactly what tariffs are designed to do. Discourage the purchase of Chinese goods in favor of American products. Do you know what "balance of payments" is or are you just a Chinese troll like the commie Canadian duck.
That's because idiots like YOU and your ilk, never heard of and neither understand the effects of a GLOBAL-SUPPLY chain system

There is basically no manufactured good in the USA or elsewhere, that doesn't rely, or uses parts that are part of the global supply chain.
US cars manufactured in e.g. Mexico and then sold in the USA. And US sub-suppliers based in Mexico that supply sub-components from e.g. Mexico, Canada or China to US car manufacturers in the USA.

Now tell me moron, how many Americans buy Chinese cars? (that you want to avoid buying, and therefore "in your own word" being an idiot). The vast majority are American, Japanese and Korean cars, manufactured in the USA, Canada & Mexico - that all become more expensive due to those tariffs.

Where do you believe, that most assembly-line-robotics and milling machines in the USA come from? More then 70% of car-lift and maintenance equipment in a US car workshop is imported - mostly from China. So who do you guess - is going to pay for an increase of car-maintenance equipment for the garage you visit with your US car or pickup truck? - YOU

Now get lost - and start to LEARN about the US economy and it's TOTAL dependence on the world market and the global supply chain.

Name 10 items made entirely in the USA with 100% American Parts/Components.
Name ONE item that is imported from China that cannot be sourced in the US or another country. I'll ask you the same question I asked another moron on this thread. Do you know what "balance of payments" means? SMFH

Bonehead Tommy Tithead repeating what's in the porn rag Guardian to unwittingly give us the Deep- State official propaganda line .

He has no idea that the Council of Foreign Relations is about as Deep State as the Deep State is , and that the two are interchangeable in their aims and outlook .

It's these types of situation that allow simpletons like Tithead to offer their opinions that demonstrate the pitfalls of a Democratic society .

That will fall on stony ground .

Mau Tai - just for starters.

Now, name 10 items made entirely in the USA with 100% American Parts/Components.

Let's wait and see. Consumers will either latch onto paying a bunch more or reject it at the midterms. Either is acceptable.

Please link to ANYWHERE that I said I would buy a Tesla. So you're lying right off of the bat--not according to any of my own words. LIAR.

The GLOBAL supply chain is not being subjected to tariffs. China, Mexico and Canada are. Don't buy products from those countries. That is how tariffs work moron.
Now tell me moron, how many Americans buy Chinese cars?
Again, if you can't afford it, DON'T BUY IT. Trade wars don't last forever. Eventually one side will blink. The same thing happened decades ago with Japanese cars. The result was Japan blinked. They are making cars and motorcycles in the US now.
More then 70% of car-lift and maintenance equipment in a US car workshop is imported - mostly from China.
Linkie. Then go peddle your lies to someone else that is gullible enough to buy them. You would fail economics 101

Thank God - one deep stater has finally been identified
The Grand Wizards financier, his best buddy (for the moment) and who tells him every day what to do - ELON MUSK.

People WILL pay MORE for a New Car...... thanks to trumps tariffs.
You use the words 'moron' and 'ignorant' all the time, but you need to look in your purse compact mirror the next time.
