He did the same thing back in 1996, when he made noises about running under the Reform Party banner. (The Reform Party back then used the Indpendent Party to put Perot and other candidates on the ballot.)

Again, I think he's just trying to create buzz for his failing TV show, I don't think he's serious about running. Unless, of course, he hates Romney and just wants to screw with him.

Get real. Even if Obama wins the presidency, he's going to lose the Senate. Too many Democratic seats up this time.

And redistricting probably means the GOP will keep the House as well.
