The reason they're confronting ICE is because the local Democrat government leaders are the primary suspects in massive fraud using Somali nationals to carry out their criminal acts. They all refuse to cooperate with federal agents to apprehend their criminal illegal co-conspirators, and even support violent acts by so-called "patriots" who're being paid to break federal laws.
