I wish I could overhaul the education system here in the UK, the curriculum has been failing kids for decades. All teachers would have to take a mandatory interview, those that can only teach (preach from a book) and not educate (examples, laymen terms, know the subject) would go on a course to correct them. If they fail, I would sack them.
