Where is the video before the actual arrest? That HAS to be out there. Ice claims they were arrested for assault. SOMEONE has to have the incident on camera. That would clear this up.

Everything I’m seeing indicated this was a case of the two people in target being arrested because they were assaulting the ice agents and not because they were brown.
