Here is the good part though. The world is seeing a decline in child birth rate. Everywhere.

This probably has to do with so many factors, cost of living, women in the workforce waiting to have a child and then they aren't married or can't find a guy willing to have one with them, lower sperm counts in men, society more content with not having children, internet distractions and men afraid of approaching women etc.

Whatever the reasons, the costs of the IVF will be offset by another citizen who will one day pay taxes and contribute to the country. It won't be countless people but, it could add a large number of citizens for the nation.

As long as it is not mandated, the government will negotiate to lower the costs of this particular procedure. It also politically blows a large hole into the lie the Dems have promoted that Trump will ban IVF and even abortions.

The Dems have been operating on lies and the American voter who might not pay attention is going to be responsible for perhaps voting in a person they didn't want. The Biden/Harris years are an example I suppose....
