Um...retard?False. See post 134.
Stop making shit up. You don’t know wtf you’re talking about.
I am of the belief that it might be very unfair to release the files. Unfair to folks who partied with scumbag Epstein but never engaged in sexual romps with minors and may not have even known about such slimey behaviors on his Pedophile Island.
We have long believed that it is unfair to folks to be smeared via “guilt by association.”
There are, nonetheless, other considerations and some of them do favor release of the files.
As for possible criminal prosecutions, I understand (but have never confirmed) that there are no charges available anymore due to the statute of limitations. If any are available, then again we have a good reason to keep the files closed until there is a prosecution.
Under H.R. 185, as amended by the resolution, DOJ must publicly disclose all unclassified records, documents, communications, and investigative materials in its possession that relate to Epstein or Maxwell. The records include unclassified records referring or relating to Epstein's detention and death; flight logs of aircraft owned or used by Epstein; individuals named in connection with Epstein’s criminal activities, civil settlements, or immunity or plea agreements; immunity deals, sealed settlements, or plea bargains of Epstein or his associates; entities with ties to Epstein’s trafficking or financial networks; and internal Department of Justice communications concerning decisions to investigate or charge Epstein or his associates.False. I read the Bill. And it makes no difference.Um...retard?
Read the bill.
Again, read the bill.
Also, read your own damned post:
...then a directive from Congress to the President or the DOJ doesn’t supersede grand jury secrecy..."
The Congressional bill does not order the release of grand jury testimony.
Read.
The.
Bill.
Trump can order the release of those records right now.
Do try to FINALLY catch up.
.

Nothing about grand jury testimony, dipshit.
Trump can order all of those records released today.
He's playing you.

I don’t give a shit about that nonsense. I’d like to know which women or girls Gates and Clinton banged.
I will use small words. Just for you.Retard: a Congressional Bill doesn’t supersede the directive of the Supreme Court.

If you wondered how seriously our government takes Epstein's crimes, consider this:
Rep. Stacey Plaskett, currently serving on three congressional committees (Budget, Ways and Means, Intelligence), solicited donations from Jeffrey Epstein in 2018, a decade after his 2008 s*x offender conviction.
She faced no actual repercussions.
Six women sued Plaskett and other Virgin Islands officials in 2023, alleging they enabled Epstei''s trafficking by making the territory a safe haven.
As of March 2025, Plaskett is the only defendant remaining in the case.
Why hasn't Congress held her accountable for her ties to Epstein?

New court filings show Del. Stacey Plaskett, D-VI, one the most popular Democrats on MSNBC, not only lied about her years-long fundraising from Jeffrey Epstein... she also literally worked for Epstein's shadowy tax and political influence fixer before entering public office.
dimocraps are the filthiest scum to ever walk the surface of the Earth. ESPECIALLY the votersStacey Plaskett, a Democrat who represents the US Virgin Islands in Congress as a non-voting delegate, exchanged texts with convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein during a 2019 congressional hearing, the delegate's office confirmed to CNN.
"During the hearing, Congresswoman Plaskett received texts from staff, constituents and the public at large offering advice, support and in some cases partisan vitriol, including from Epstein," Plaskett's spokesperson, Angeline Jabbar, said in a statement to CNN.
We have a winner!Just a few days ago Trump was threatening GOP officials.
Now does his DOJ keep cases open so as to keep some files from being released?
It's all a game.
Yup.There exists no person who fought the release more than Trump has.
NopeFacts Matter
The only way a SCOTUS order can be defeated is through a Constitutional Amendment. Technically.Retard: a Congressional Bill doesn’t supersede the directive of the Supreme Court.

Washington Post: Democrat Delegate from Epstein Island, the Insanely Vicious and Corrupt Partisan Stacey Plaskett, Asked Anti-Trump Questions at a Congressional Hearing
—Ace
Even the Washington Post is dog-piling on this dog.
Stacey Plaskett is a corrupt and ugly Virgin Islands delegate to Congress, which means she cannot vote for bills but definitely can ask questions in Congress.
Including those prompted by convicted pedophiles who financed his run for the position of delegate in the first place.
Not only did she take Epstein's money for years -- which she lied about -- but she also worked for Epstein's "shadowy tax and political influence fixer" before she used Epstein's money to buy a position.
She is a major defender of censorship by the government, and claims that Elon Musk is taking away her free speech by... critiquing her. She goes on to claim that Musk, by criticizing her, is acting like the apartheid-era South African government.
It's just always the same sour song, isn't it?
She is the corrupt and ugly hack who called Matt Taibbi a "so-called journalist" for exposing Biden's pressure to censor conservatives and smeared him and other "Twitter Files" journalists.
Now the Delegate from Epstein Island is exposed for taking texts from her patron Jeffrey Epstein during congressional testimony aimed at getting Epstein's hated enemy Trump -- and asking the questions he told her to ask, like a pedophile's ventriloquist dummy which he uses to seduce children.
This is now confirmed by all of the left-wing propaganda media, including the Washington Post, NY Times, and even CNN.
dimocraps are the filthiest scum to ever walk the surface of the Earth. ESPECIALLY the voters
And why not?Nice coherent post.
In any event, sometimes people do change their minds for any number of reasons.
You’re just a joke. If he held firm on “no release” assholes like you would go on pretending that he must be engaged in a coverup. But if he does agree to now go along with a release, assholes like you play the “he’s a flip flopper” game.
**** off you bombastic moron
