No. Whether any person named in the files is one of offenders or not, isn’t a good basis to release anything to the public. That’s what charges and trials are for. Your curiosity isn’t exactly important.

I have no idea which or how many documents will be released. And I’m not sure that any prosecutions will ensue. But if there is a prospect that any of the offenders might get charged, that’s a good reason not to prematurely release any of the files yet.

There was an article in the Miami Herald that blew the lid off the plea deal. One of the things mentioned was the government signed off on the deal without informing the victims.
