Donald Trump faced ridicule after appearing to mistakenly declare he was heading to meet Russian President Vladimir Putin in Russia on Friday. The encounter is actually scheduled to occur in Alaska.

The misstatement occurred during a press conference Trump conducted from the Oval Office, where he was addressing his pledged offensive against crime in Washington.

So did trump just give Alaska back to Russia? Really, how idiotic can anyone be? I hope trump realizes that Alaska is part of the US. But that is not a guarantee. He just delighted all the Russian nationalist by stating he is meeting Putin in Russia on Friday. Of course, he leaves out the leader of the country that Putin invaded. That is the MO of trump.
