Nov 29 (Reuters) - U.S. President Donald Trump said on Saturday that the airspace above and surrounding Venezuela is to be closed in its entirety.

Trump, in a Truth Social post said: "To all Airlines, Pilots, Drug Dealers, and Human Traffickers, please consider THE AIRSPACE ABOVE AND SURROUNDING VENEZUELA TO BE CLOSED IN ITS ENTIRETY."

Last week, the U.S. aviation regulator warned major airlines of a "potentially hazardous situation" when flying over Venezuela due to a "worsening security situation and heightened military activity in or around" the country.

Venezuela revoked operating rights for six major international airlines that had suspended flights to the country following a warning from the U.S. Federal Aviation Administration.

Developing, I don't know much more about it.

Either something is about to kick-off or Trump's trying to isolate Maduro.

Yet another wag-the-dog diversionary tactic used by a president, to divert attention from his Epstein lies and multiple policy failures.

Most of the fentanyl in the United States comes from Mexico, where it is produced using precursor chemicals sourced primarily from China. Mexican criminal organizations, such as the Sinaloa Cartel, play a significant role in manufacturing and smuggling fentanyl into the U.S.

Since 2021, over a quarter of a million Americans have died from fentanyl overdoses.
There is a high probability, mathematically, that the percentage of deaths due to Fentanyl is closely linked to the supplying country. So, with Mexico supplying approximately 90+% of fentanyl coming into the country, it stands to reason, the figure you seek is much closer to 225,000, than 5 or 10 thousand. Why do you ask? Are you wanting trump to start a war on Mexico?
