Because there are millions of non-citizens in this country paying their utility bills. This isn't Mexico where you can't own anything if you're a non-citizen, or have to live with a Mexican citizen to remain in the country. In Mexico you have to file papers with the government and show you have a job and a place to stay so they can decide if you're going to be allowed to live in Mexico. They have a rule that only a specific percentage of the population can be foreigners. This is to keep foreigners from possibly doing damage in their elections or committing crimes.
The right to vote isn't the same as the right to live in America. The right to vote is a special privilege citizens get for having been born or naturalized in this country.
It used to be that when you committed a serious crime you lost the right to vote. Now Democrats want the criminals and the illegals to vote in elections because criminals and illegals don't really care that much about the welfare of this country. They only care about their own interests. Not to mention that half of the blacks currently living in America have done time in prison. Hispanics and Blacks commit most of the violent crimes, and this is a huge part of the Democrat base.
If they took the time to go thru the process of being citizens, then they deserve the right to vote.
Democrats are bent on burning this country to the ground because they like other countries more than they do America. (Personally I think they should move there, because they shouldn't have to live somewhere they don't want to live)
You need a photo I.D. to buy a pack of smokes, or to get on an airplane. Why do you want to allow anyone to vote in our elections without showing proper I.D. ? Do you actually think someone who hates America is going to give a shit about what happens to America?
