Well, they didn't have a grasp on some basic Constitutional concepts, so ....I think Colorado knows what insurrection is.

Yup. He just admitted that a vote for Biden is driven by either hate for Jews or hate for Trump.Brave of you to admit Biden's base is antisemitic.
One can only speak for themselves. I see the Jews and so-called Palestinians as both being victims of circumstance.Brave of you to admit Biden's base is antisemitic.
They simply jumped the gun , allegations cannot disallow a candidate but a conviction ( upcoming ) will change all that completely.Well, they didn't have a grasp on some basic Constitutional concepts, so ....
Huh? ThIs thread is about CO's failed attempt to remove the former President from the ballot. Not sure what you are rambling about. It's grounds for imprisonment no exceptions in the state of Georgia and the federal government and it's courts cannot interfere with their decisions.
Are you under the impression that a conviction in Fani's Georgia case will lead to his disqualification and removal from he November ballot? They simply jumped the gun , allegations cannot disallow a candidate but a conviction ( upcoming ) will change all that completely.
As I already stated they jumped the gun using allegations instead of waiting for a conviction. That's still long overdue.Huh? ThIs thread is about CO's failed attempt to remove the former President from the ballot. Not sure what you are rambling about.
You cannot be president of you're in prison. Is that simple enough for you.Are you under the impression that a conviction in Fani's Georgia case will lead to his disqualification and removal from he November ballot?
Why not?You cannot be president of you're in prison. Is that simple enough for you.
Are you still amazed?Colorado will not carry Trump on the 2024 election ballot.
He is an "insurrectionist" thus subject to the 14th Amendment
I am amazed.
- JUST IN: In a stunning and unprecedented decision, the Colorado Supreme Court removed former President Donald Trump from the state’s 2024 ballot, ruling that he isn’t an eligible presidential candidate because of the 14th Amendment’s “insurrectionist ban.”

If Trump spends one day in prison I will never post here again. You cannot be president of you're in prison. Is that simple enough for you.
No it is not. Treason is the only crime that is defined in the Constitution, and 18 USC 2381 codifies it with the same language as the Framers. The US was not at war, there was no treason. That's because it was a failed attempt at insurrection. All they can charge him with is sedition and that is treason.
This has been the definition since 1807. The J6 riot was not an insurrection.Insurrections and rebellions consisted of either uprising and threatening the government of a state, leading the state’s legislature to petition for federal intervention, or opposing or obstructing the execution of the laws of the United States “by combinations too powerful to be suppressed by the ordinary course of judicial proceedings, or by the power vested in the marshals.”
In either case, the President must make a proclamation ordering a cessation of the uprising and “it is only after disobedience to that proclamation” that it can duly be considered insurrection or rebellion.
It’s a safe claim. He won’t.If Trump spends one day in prison I will never post here again.
Treason disqualifies, 18 USC 2381. Moot, since we were not at war and there is no treason.OK. Actually neither of those are grounds for disqualification. And Comrade Smith hasn't charged him with Sedition or Treason, either.
Calls are restricted and only allowed 15 minutes per call. I doubt if he'd get much done . The Vice President would have to run things. Why not?
Some of Trump's like Biden's is antisemtic. You see Trump antisemites here all the time, and Demoantisemitics.Brave of you to admit Biden's base is antisemitic.
Trump moved the US embassy to Jerusalem. Previous President's promised but failed.Obama was the biggest antisemitic President in our history. Some of Trump's like Biden's is antisemtic. You see Trump antisemites here all the time, and Demoantisemitics.
Both sides are disgusting fuckers.
There are more on the Democrat side. And the more liberal the area, the worse it is. I have a friend pulling their kid out of a very liberal high school because the classmates are tormenting him for being a Jew and the teachers won’t do a thing. Some of Trump's like Biden's is antisemtic. Sound like you've done some time. What I want to see is the GA officials reception when they try and take him out of the White House. That would be fun to watchCalls are restricted and only allowed 15 minutes per call. I doubt if he'd get much done . The Vice President would have to run things.

"Seditious Conspiracy", 18 USC 2384 does not disqualify.
Frankly, they'd certainly be in their rights to delay it until next term. Garland/Comrade Smith chose the timing of these suits (they were the ones that waited 2 1/2 years until Trump declared). What are they going to argue? "But we want to interfere in the election and you're fucking it all up?" LOlNothing can be charged wrt the 2020 election until the SCOTUS rules on the immunity question. Roberts lamented Bush v. Gore at his confirmation and has made it pretty clear that he will never again put the court in the position of deciding an election. He views it as a political matter that should be decided by the American people at the voting booth. (Which is why he is not expediting the immunity thing.)
