So, let's go primal from your spewage. Near all history we know of comes from Europe. Since you love Africa, the wheel has not been invented yet. Near all technology is euro and/or Asian introduced. Now let's introduce DEI here. And the mingling of that with the reality of the est in fields of work and anything else. The SLS launch around the moon is going to cost a minimum of 4.2 billion dollars a month or so. DEI is involved in the development of that system which is also government that has cost near 100 billion dollars so far. We cannot have a moon base with these prices. Quadrupling the NASA budget may help. It will not do anything for lowering costs to explore space.
