Trump Pentagon first offered National Guard to Capitol four days before Jan. 6 riots, memo shows

Tell yourself any bullshit you want but an offhand remark ignored by the Sec Defense not followed up during the actual riot does not exonerate Trump one bit
Been shot down here by several people with documentation...one of which is the official USCP timeline of events leading up to J6 starting in late 2021.
There are hearings coming to congress next session......and documentation to blow the J6 committee out of the water.

It's mushrooms that are kept in the dark and fed shit.

The USCP timeline says no such thing.

Nowhere in that timeline is a Trump request for NG troops.

You're relying on Kash fucking Patel...who is disputed by his BOSS Chris Miller

You haven't been paying attention.Trump can not request troops to deploy in a city or state. Trump authorized them 4 days prior, all Pelosi, Schumer and Bowser had to do was ask for assistance. They didn't ask for assistance until well after the merde hit the ventiteur....

(CNN)Kash Patel, a former chief of staff to then-acting Secretary of Defense Christopher Miller, met with the House committee investigating January 6, according to a source familiar with the matter.

Patel was was first subpoenaed by the committee in September and has been going back-and-forth with the panel over what day he would be coming in. Patel previously served as an aide to Republican Rep. Devin Nunes of California.
At the time of the subpoena, Patel said he was "disappointed, but not surprised" that the committee had subpoenaed him "before seeking (his) voluntary cooperation."
"I will continue to tell the truth to the American people about the events of January 6th," he wrote at the time.
He said in a Thursday night statement that he had appeared before the panel "to answer questions to the best of my ability."

"The DOD Inspector General, under the Biden Administration, found no wrongdoing in its report on Jan. 6, as I shared with the Committee," he added.
CNN previously reported that the committee told Patel "there is substantial reason to believe" that he has important insight and information into how the Department of Defense and White House prepared for and responded to the attack at the US Capitol. The committee also said it wants to learn more about the direct communication Patel had with former Trump White House chief of staff Mark Meadows on the day of the insurrection.

And a over a year old. USCP time lime is about a week old.

And the DC NG, who is not under a governor's command is under the President's command.
January 7, 2021 2:40 p.m:

According to a 1949 executive order signed by President Harry Truman, command of the D.C National Guard is delegated to the Secretary of Defense.

At a Thursday press conference, Speaker of the House Rep. Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) referenced the mystery — and Miller’s authority — saying that the acting Secretary of Defense “has to answer for where the National Guard was yesterday.”

Per an order issued the same year by Secretary of Defense James Forrestal, control of the unit is further delegated to the Secretary of the Army.

This provides some semblance of clarity amid chaos over why there was an initial refusal on Wednesday in responding to a request from D.C. officials to deploy the National Guard unit.
Sure sounds like a totally different narrative than what is currently being presents at J6, doesn't it?
But the Washington Post said that pursuant to the delegation order, Defense Secretary Miller made the decision to deploy the D.C. National Guard.

Brian Kalt, a constitutional law scholar at Michigan State University, told TPM that it would make sense if officials relied on the order in place

“There’s a pre-delegation order to the Secretary of Defense and to the Secretary of the Army, and that could explain what happened,” Kalt said.
The predelegation order from the Oval Office meeting with patel and mIller.

Trump's Secretary of Defense testified that HE refused to call for National Guard troops in the days before Jan 6.

NOT Pelosi. Not anyone else

And don't be relying on a felon lie Bernie Kerik or a Trump stooge like Kayshap Patel.
Bottom line, TRUMP! wouldn't have wanted the NG called out if he really wanted an insurrection. The hearings may as well stop now.

And he DIDN'T want them called out...which was why he took no action to do so on Jan 6

He never issued an official order. You could make a case that his comment to Miller was official but then your issue is with Miller...who admits he took it no further

Trump, Patel and Miller complied with the law, by authorizing the NG for deployment, if needed.

DC is not a state, the DOD has jurisdiction for it's defense through SOD.

Did you miss the EO from Truman, that still is in effect designating the SOD as having sole capacity for deploying the NG in DC?

If he didn't want them called out, he wouldn't have even been talking about it, or he would have been downplaying the threat. You'll go to any lengths, won't you?

Did the J6 committee release this DOD doc?

Immediate Release

Statement by Acting Secretary Miller on Full Activation of D.C. National Guard

Jan. 6, 2021

"Chairman Milley and I just spoke separately with the Vice President and with Speaker Pelosi, Leader McConnell, Senator Schumer and Representative Hoyer about the situation at the U.S. Capitol. We have fully activated the D.C. National Guard to assist federal and local law enforcement as they work to peacefully address the situation. We are prepared to provide additional support as necessary and appropriate as requested by local authorities. Our people are sworn to defend the constitution and our democratic form of government and they will act accordingly."

And SOD Miller did just that after Pence demanded he do it

When was that issued and why has no one including Miller confirmed it happened?

What was said BY MILLER was that Meadows wanted Miller to make it sound like the WH was asking for the NG and that they weren’t
You must have missed the date at the top of the official press release from the DOD.

An official DOD press release confirms everything you want to know. Miller confirmed it by signing the press release.

Why aren't you asking why this hasn't come up in the Pelosi TDS TV spectacular?

Yes, that is how it was set up after Trump previously authorized NG availability.....it's SecDef's ballgame then.

You finally getting this?

This reality doesn't fit with the J6 narrative......you're being fed BS.

A. Miller did nothing regarding Trump’s offhand comment.

B. That press release could have been written at midnight on Jan 6. When was the conversation noted in it.

NO ONE else confirms that took place

DOD press release.....you saying the DOD puts out fake news?

Read this excerpt:

"Chairman Milley and I just spoke separately with the Vice President and with Speaker Pelosi, Leader McConnell, Senator Schumer and Representative Hoyer about the situation at the U.S. Capitol.

Sounds like around 1 PM when the shit was hitting the fan.

Why isn't this an issue with the J6 committee, dude?

They are feeding you bullshit.

Here is an official document showing the heads of both houses, the VP and Hoyer all asked for help....and you can't deal with it....LOL

DOD press release.....you saying the DOD puts out fake news?
Yes. It could have been written well after the Insurrection ended
"Chairman Milley and I just spoke separately with the Vice President and with Speaker Pelosi, Leader McConnell, Senator Schumer and Representative Hoyer about the situation at the U.S. Capitol.
Let's see any one of those people corroborate that conversation
