Will the age of Artificial Intelligence and a Cashless Society be good for America or will A.I. become an agent of surveillance and control over the American people? Will Americans be happy with the idea of a big, bloated government monitoring their buying habits and their day to day lives or will they feel that it's a violation of their 4th Amendment rights? Will we even have "rights" once A.I. and its big government overlords realize their goals?

Trump recently created a "Tech Advisory" council with the likes of Mark Zuckerberg and other tech giants as his new advisors. Couple this new advisory council with Palantir and we can sort of see what the future may hold for the next generation of Americans. It seems a bit "1984ish" in my opinion.

Trump has partnered with Palantir to start gathering information on American citizens (whether we like it or not). What might a huge, bloated, all-powerful government want with all this new information?

Do you want this freak reaching his sticky, WEF fingers into your personal life? Is this the "America First" agenda you voted for? Does this mimic "freedom" in your opinion -- or government "control?"

LOL....Going by that dogs breakfast of a post I can tell the OP knows no more about the whole thing than I do.

Sigh, but I guess he rolls with "never let a orange man bad opportunity go to waste". 😐
Orange man IS bad. How can anyone say otherwise? (Unless they're an idiot).

So you fake knowledge about something you don't have a clue about just so you can say "orange man bad"?

You Sir are of low character. 😐
And you, sir, are of NO character if you applaud a Deep State, spy network surveilling Americans' every move.

I had an online discussion with a friend about a family member I had been visiting with for a week. My relative, and his roommates are all alcoholics, who started drinking when they rolled out of bed in the morning. They had two deliveries from the liquor store on Sunday, because they ran out of booze from the first delivery, by 4:00 pm.

For two months after this discussion, my feed was full of ads for apps to help me deal with my "drinking problem". My only "drinking problem" is that I'm allergic to a many forms of booze, and don't really drink much at all. When I was younger, I was always the "designated driver" when we went out because I don't drink.

I have also had friends say they had a discussion with their spouse, at home, in person, about buying something, and applicable ads start showing up in their feeds, so Siri and Alexa, and the rest of them are listening to our conversations at all times, for this to be happening.

FaceBook and these other programs are already monitoring our conversations and discussions. The "drinking problem" ads really creeped me out, but they opened my eyes to the reality and the dangers of this type of surveillance.

Remember kids, Karp of Palantir said that the ones using the Palantir Stones, the Dark Lord and his minions were the "good guys"

Not knowing how AI would really work, I would have to know more. I am however no fan of the so called cashless society. Most likely I would have some 4th amendment type of questions about AI>

BTW Zukerberg's number 2 so to speak in his company is Dina McCormick, wife of GOP Senator Dave McCormick. Zuckerberg covering his bases.

I admit to going cashless most of the time. I didn't have any cash in my wallet for the entire month of March, paying for everything I bought with my debit card or my credit card. It was cold and snowy and I didn't go out much. Plus I was in the ICU until March 1st, and not allowed to do much for the first two weeks after I got home.

The problem with going cashless is that the bank which issued both my debit card and my VISA card, are getting a percentage of every dollar I spent. When we pay with cash, neither you nor the merchant are paying anything to the bank.

I use debit and credit as well. Also have had ID theft issues a couple of times over the years. My bank tells me ID theft is around a 8 billion dollar a year business. And yes banks make a great deal of money off the user fees for these cards. ID theft is one reason I am not thrilled about going cashless.

I replaced my VISA card 3 times last year after charges I hadn’t authorized were flogged through. In an effort to cancel my New York Times subscription I ended up buying a one years subscription for over $200. They refunded my payment but what a pain that was.

I now go through my accounts every month to make sure nothing funny is going on. Fortunately my bank has a great refund policy for online fraud so I wasn’t out any money but changing my card for my genuine payments is a pain.

More like Trump exposure! But his cult members would defend him even if he drop-kicked an infant.
You should call Zuck a bootlicker instead. He will do the bidding of the party in office regardless if it’s immoral or not just to make a buck. I don’t trust anything from Facebook and neither should you.

FaceBook is now flogging phony investment schemes and all sorts of health scammers. They used to have big name advertisers and good deals. Now I assume the ads are for scams, and most people I've talked to have said the same.

But it's not just Zuckerberg's willingness to take money from scammers that's the problem, it's allowing lies to be posted and doing nothing about Russian bot accounts in 2016, and through the pandemic, and his attempts to cover up the harm his platforms have caused to children, that show he has no morals whatsoever.
