One month in jail isn't much time for two state felonies, state felonies, usually punishable with more than a year behind bars. He got off light. White collar crime, really pays. If he had robbed a liquor story, he would have gotten far more time, but on white collar crime, if you have money left, you can count on buying your way out of the trouble, no matter what you did, or who was harmed, as the system supports white collar criminal, especially in today's political court legal system.
