I was stationed in Gitmo. I think the 30,000 illegals will find the climate similar to their home countries.

The eight thousand military members and their families will feel safe being outnumbered four to one, I'm sure.

I don't know whether or not Vieques is still used for training, but there is a huge active bombing range in Gitmo.

The base is also surrounded by the world's largest active minefield.
