There is no organized, with purpose, take over of our government and putting someone unelected in as the replacement govt with riots or protests. They can't be a Rebellion imo.

Rebellion or insurrection doesn’t require an organized government takeover. It covers whoever incites, assists, or engages in any rebellion or insurrection against the authority of the United States or its laws -- including law enforcement officers. Federal agents were surrounded by multiple cars, rammed, and threatened with weapons -- hardly a civil disobedience. It escalated to violent resistance against federal authority, which is why deadly force was even used.

In the end, the Constitution doesn't require installing a new government for something to be considered rebellion or insurrection. The legal bar is resisting or obstructing U.S. authority by force.
