Artists don’t get to dictate who plays their music. It isn’t like Trump is making money off the songs.

Nevermind the fact that Trump never authorized any payments to Stormy Daniels. Michael Cohen went ahead and did them.....and Trump found out later that he had done it. Trump had Cohen on a retainer and made payments to his lawyer recording them as legal expenses.

Alvin Bragg simply charged him and used a rigged Judge and Jury to get a conviction. It will all be overturned anyway......and if Judge Mercan locks Trump up, it will assure that he will win the election. If Mercan gives him a suspended sentence it won't make a difference either way.

Cohen was on salary, working for the trump organization as staff and was already being paid to be his fixer, and the proper way for reimbursement is an expense report form, stating what the expense was for....

Cohen no longer worked for the trump org and was not on retainer with them for future legal work, the following year,....this false set up of payments was to pay Cohen back for his expense from the previous year's NDA, through falsifying the records intentionally to hide it. THAT is what was PROVEN in a court of law.
