The Chinese have allowed the rogue North Korea free to develop nuclear weapons and ICBMs.
It is not a good time to be an ally of the USA in the region such as South Korea and Japan.
If the Chinese refuse to pacify North Korea than the Americans should take-out the rocket systems in North Korea.
