Its intolerable in a democracy that activist commie judges can obstruct an elected President in the pursuit of his mainly lawful mandate.

He might be stuck with Gorsuch and Commie Barrett but he can nullify their impact by appointing half a dozen more judges.I would suggest the saintly Aileen Cannon and the much respected Alina Habba. Or anyone from Oklahoma.

Alito and Thomas are the only trusted justices and it is vital that they are given support.

It might also be time to release the FBI report on Kavanaugh as well. .
