The US Navy would defeat the entire rest of the worlds navy combined. A single carrier group can topple virtually any nation on earth. We have 11 nuclear carriers, more than the rest of the world combined, and their carriers are bullshit compared to ours.

Name the weapons and I will name the ships in the carrier group that will take them out before they ever get to the carrier. Carriers are surrounded by mine sweepers, attack subs, we have sub hunting ships, sub hunting planes, and sub hunting missile cruisers. We have aegis defensive missile systems, CIWS, SeaRAM. Carriers are basically the quarterback, and the US Navy keeps their quarterback VERY well protected.
