I think the article is wrong in its assumption Trump will lose but correct in its overall point that we aren't going away. Course at this point I truly believe the sheeple will get EXACTLY what they have coming to them. Let's try this. Laws are laws. Laws can be changed and have been changed. Hence why your act of 1790 is no longer valid. In fact it was only in place for 5 years before they made another one. You know, these little details are important. Trying to make a claim based on things that used to be, but aren't any more, doesn't get you very far.

The 1795 act repealed and replaced the 1790 act. Simple as. You don't have an argument.
