B). Later on as POTUS and asked about Hillary, Trump answered that he had given it thought but decided it was just more damaging to the office than he thought worth it; a bad look for a standing president to be attacking his direct political rivals. Who knows, maybe he thought that if he prosecuted Hillary or Joe, that it might just be setting precedent for the Left to turn around and try to sue and prosecute him in return?
