For Israel, there's going to have to be referendum on Bibi, whose policy of zionist expansion on the West Bank ... and Syria .... Rumblings from inside Israel already suggest criticism that his policies and deployment of defense forces left Israel open, and he put in defense staffers who were more familiar with zionist expansion than defense. And Hamas' decisions may not have been influenced by that, but rather in seeing an opening for marginalizing its foe, Fatah, with elections possibly in the future. IF that's was a factor .... well Hamas has never been accused of a long range plan besides just getting the Pales to procreate, which is simply insane if the goal is to make their lives better.
