In less than a week in office, he has killed a new local factory by taking away $100M of its funding. I personally think it is kind of funny but the people who were betting on it are not so amused. I have been saying for years that none of these big economic development projects ever pay back what the government sunk into them before they go tits up. We need to just end subsidizing them.
