The funny thing that you don’t realize about it is that the KC was probably the least expensive tour date that most of these artists had on their calendar. Phillip Glass’s debut a few years back; tickets were going for double digits--I think it was $84 for excellent seats. Hamilton tickets at the KC were very cheap compared to the other cities on the national tours. Why? It was an honor to play there.
