So what you have is a whole lot of noise, publicity and disruption to the lives of everyday, law abiding Americans, created at a tremendous cost to taxpayers, and at the end of the day, fewer illegals are being deported and it's costing taxpayers billions for a less effective outcome.

No he didn't. Trump's "pool experts" damaged it when they added that algae cleaning chemical to the pool. THAT's what stripped the paint.
