Many states never had mail-in voting prior to 2020, which limited voter participation in the past. If there were not voting restrictions in 2024, there is a good chance that Harris would have won some of the swing states and, therefore, would have won the election. This is how Republicans roll....they don't want high voter turnout, because they usually lose when that happens.
