Trump giving credit to FBI Whistleblowers. To me this is a big deal and Trump should maintain this loud support of such people

The truth about Whistleblowers is that they come in many flavours and incarnations. The resilience required to remain committed to the truth and principle, often in the face of extreme harm in which few give a damn about your suffering; is not only most admirable in the eyes of good men, but also requires deep sacrifice.

Trump is not afraid to call it out. He has some interesting people within his administration who are hopefully guiding him into the light. Stand up for what is right, not what is popular with people who have power or money.

May G-d protect the Whistleblowers!

Col Vindman was probably the greatest of the lot. A man with everything to lose.

I hope this is your attempt at levity.

It was so off the mark I let free a slight chuckle. I hadn't heard the V Mans name in awhile.

Hard to believe that the media that once considered a 2nd rate burglary to be grounds to force Nixon to resign would tolerate credible allegations of a full scale weaponized spy network courtesy of the auto-pen Biden administration. Agents may be guilty but the mainstream media bears the responsibility for the for their bias

Right.

He had everything to lose; and lost quite a bit.

A true patriot in every sense of the word.
Did he lose or did he gain?

Let's have some transparency here. I'm not against supporting Ukraine of course but he shouldn't have done what he did in my opinion. Ultimately a sitting president giving credit to Whistleblowers of a federal agency isngoing to be popular with citizens everywhere. The world respects credit given from powerful people to the unknown hero. The wolrd needs more such heros if oir species is to thrive and remain free.

I think in the final analysis; lost more than gained.

Of course not; you're all for whistleblowers when it aligns with your personal political preferences.

It also means nothing unless you're for all whistleblowers. Which, of course, your blob isn't.

Nobody respects Trump. I had to chuckle at that statement. If he was president of a 3rd world nation, nobody would return his phone calls or invite him to come visit.

He was a Whistleblower for political purposes, maybe even to fulfill his role as a useful idiot for war mongerers. At best, he was being used. At worst, he really sought to benefit in some manner. I will never forget the look on his face as he was being interviewed on CNN when Putin had just attacked Ukraine and Biden was not exactly.exuding confidence. It was as if he learned.that he was the fool in a love triangle.

Your memory is rather faulty but your hatred for the US military is working just fine.

Last I heard we needed whistleblowers to report documents hiding from the F.B.I. in Mar-a-Lago bathrooms and such.
