Didn't he just tell everybody a few weeks ago he "couldn't wait to testify?"
Uh-huh.
Typical.

He may run out the clock on the J6th Committee...but it's not going to help him.

He'll still have Merick Garland (who has never lost a case in his life) at the DOJ to deal with.

And maybe even and independent Special Prosecutor if Trump announces another presidential run.
