A New York appeals court handed down a defeat to former President Donald Trump while he was in court on Tuesday. The court rejected his appeal of a gag order imposed by Judge Juan Merchan, who is overseeing Trump's hush money trial, according to a new court filing.

It's more likely now that the judge will instruct the jury to not find Trump guilty. The backlash by Trump's supporters is once again too big a risk for the entire country.

If they show their faces again, they won't be taking the threat semi-serious again while another election is being stolen.
