Why do you lie? Isn't that a sin?Jesus' conception was completely different from IVF, as all Christians know. But also IVF results in many abortions. That is grievously wrong.

You are welcome to your faithThank you for defending President Trump, but IVF shouldn't be forced on the children being put to death.
Blasphemy!Judgment day is in the future. Even the righteous remain in their graves until then, including Mary.![]()
You didn't know discarding of zygotes is inherent in the IVF process? Why do you lie? Isn't that a sin?
Isn't that where it is?This belongs on the religion forum.
Those are not babies, and that is not an abortion. If you leave them alone, they die. A natural process. Go back to school and get an education so you won't look ridiculous. You didn't know discarding of zygotes is inherent in the IVF process?
Of course it’s abortion. It’s not a natural process if you’re fertilizing them in the lab. Those are not babies, and that is not an abortion. If you leave them alone, they die. A natural process. Go back to school and get an education so you won't look ridiculous.
What if it is not a twisted view, but simply an alternate view? What if it is not being pushed on others but offered to others? Our President understands how important IVF is to families and is protecting it
You have no right to push your twisted views on others
If they are not created naturally, it cannot be an abortion. It is never in a human body and will not develop unless you do. It is a scientific fact that it is not an abortion. Don't play stupid for religious purposes.Of course it’s abortion. It’s not a natural process if you’re fertilizing them in the lab.
These are human beings which are being killed. Bottom line.If they are not created naturally, it cannot be an abortion. It is never in a human body and will not develop unless you do. It is a scientific fact that it is not an abortion. Don't play stupid for religious purposes.
If no intervention by placing them in a woman, they will not develop and die. These are human beings which are being killed. Bottom line.
Creating them and allowing them to die is no different than having a child and leaving it in the dumpster to die.If no intervention by placing them in a woman, they will not develop and die.
That's your opinion, not the law, and not based on the Bible. Have a nice day!Creating them and allowing them to die is no different than having a child and leaving it in the dumpster to die.
So the church doesn't recognize the love and devotion of two people wanting to have children??? kind of short sighted if you ask me.... but there are many things the Catholic church is wrong about....Donald Trump has usually made great decisions. His plan to back IVF is not one of them. IVF is immoral. The moral reasoning behind this may not be readily apparent, but the Catholic Church has a very good explanation as to why it is wrong. Good won't result from this.
The Catechism of the Catholic Church states that a child should be conceived through the love of their parents, not through medical intervention. The church considers in vitro fertilization (IVF) immoral because it replaces the intimate union of a couple. The Church teaches that the only moral way to conceive a child is through the loving embrace of the marital act. The dignity of the child requires this of us. This beautiful, wonderful expression of love between the husband and the wife works in cooperation with God to create a totally separate human being. That is why we call it procreation rather than creation.

It is natural for couples, infertile couples included, to desire children. But according to the Catechism of the Catholic Church, IVF is not...www.hli.org
And not only that, since the success rate is low, many embryos. aka human beings are destroyed. This is a worse evil than the reason above. In fact more humans are killed through IVF than abortion.
After our biological child was born, my wife and I were up against this. Ultimately we rejected IVF and adopted. It was the right decision. Hopefully President Trump will recognize this and reverse his decision.
People can always adopt. That's the truly loving option if you are unable to have children. It's sure better than killing children in the early developmental stages. As for the RCC, it's correct on every issue because it's Jesus' ChurchSo the church doesn't recognize the love and devotion of two people wanting to have children??? kind of short sighted if you ask me.... but there are many things the Catholic church is wrong about....
It's not just my opinion. Abortion forbidden by Jesus' Church as well as in the Bible. The law is wrong on this. That's the whole point of my thread. That's your opinion, not the law, and not based on the Bible. Have a nice day!
